Back Matter

Your manuscript gets “sandwiched” between the front and back matter of your book. Last issue we talked about front matter, this week I’ll share some insight on what goes into the back matter of your book.
Back matter consists of all the pages AFTER the last page of the last chapter and may include any/all of the following elements: afterword/conclusion, appendix, resources/references, glossary, bibliography, index, about the authors and order/promotion pages.
